A solid hardwood bowl is suspended on taught linen slings. It is a coffee table that both feels playful in its novelty and ceremonial in its form.

The SLING TABLE, designed for ICFF 2026, is a triad of textures and materials. It is easy to image the base being hardwood and the bowl being the cast cement object. Different sling materials, such as leather or woven danish cord, allow a client to keep the designed form but make it aesthetically custom.
