Twin Daybed | American White Oak

This daybed is designed to be strongly minimal to allow it to be functional in a flexspace. Without a headboard, it doesn't feel odd to throw some pillows on it and use it as a sofa for reading. It also isn't an embarrassingly small size to offer to a guest staying the night. This bed is in a meditation and yoga room. Because of it's context, the oak is completely unfinished and natural. The legs are inset from the corners to bring a sense of balance to design.
